There are a couple key places around town that can be secured. Whom ever purchases the properties in-game wins the according amount as listed below....
There is a large scale drug operation unfolding in East Los Santos.

   It is commonly know that the Familia Nortenos came over into Los Santos about 15 years ago.  They have been selling all of the hard drugs in the East Los Santos and Jefferson neighborhood since. They are trying to become the strongest most dominant gang, aiming to stretch out towards as far as the Glen Park territory... This is where most of the cocaine is processed after it comes off of the boats on the eastern shores of Los Santos. Will you help them keep it going or stop them in their tracks?
   
2. [b][b]The Abandoned 'Smokers' Hotel $35 USD sent via Paypal / Gcash / Bank account[/b][/b]
   This old hotel was used by Vinewood superstars back in the days. Fresh off of the countryside or the beach for vacation they once enjoyed a good night rest here to get acclimated back into town and enjoy the splendor of the city. Although the view is incredible and it can feel like paradise here, unless you like clouds of drug smoke, this is far from anything like a resort or paradise. Sadly the local crack-heads and tweakers have taken over and they now inhabit and frequent this apartment complex. The building has been condemned for 10 years but that didn't stop them then and it sure as hell won't stop them now! Will you be the one to come around and lay the law down? Or will you come through and claim the hood as your own?

   This unit has been used by the drug cookers for years. Rumored to be owned by an old triad boss; a slumlord. Year after year crack is pedaled from the front stoop of this unit. Favored for its front curb access to Jefferson Street. It has been hard to capture anyone involved with this operation and there isn't much info regarding who is in charge. A lot of the crack in the neighborhood is still cooked and distributed from here nevertheless... Will you shut it down or keep it smokin'?
